When you accept, you follow the agreed event standards and wear the WTAE field identifier for that assignment.
Check-in, upload, and human quality approval move the assignment toward payment. Incidents pause it for review.

Missing or expired coverage blocks the assignment automatically. An algorithm may flag readiness; an authorized person owns exceptions and adverse decisions.

Upload the coverage your business already has, or ask for a handoff to a licensed coverage partner. WTAE verifies status before every assignment and again against the event date.

Submit a certificate for private storage and human verification. Coverage must meet the specific event’s limits and remain valid through the event date.
Licensed partner handoff
Request a connection. The licensed provider—not WTAE—sets eligibility, policy terms, price, and issuance. No verified policy means no dispatch.
